Which airports can you go to?
Louisville (SDF), Cincinnati (CVG), Lexington (LEX), Indianapolis (IND) and Nashville (BNA). Tell us the airport and flight times when you send the request.
Can you meet a group arriving on several flights?
Share each arrival time. The office will plan pickup windows with you so nobody is left waiting long.
What if a flight is delayed?
Send the flight numbers with your request. How delays are handled is agreed with the office before the trip.
How much luggage fits?
Tell us the bags per person and any oversized items, such as instruments or sports equipment, so bay space can be planned.
Can I book an airport shuttle instantly here?
