Can I ask about a return or multi-day trip?
Yes. Choose the trip type and add the return or additional-day details you know. Sandollar will review the itinerary and arrangements with you.
How is the trip priced?
Share the dates, times, route, passenger count and vehicle needs. Sandollar reviews those details before confirming a quote; this website does not calculate an instant fare.
Can I change details after I send a request?
Yes. Call the office and mention your reference number, or reply to the confirmation email.
Do you take groups outside Kentucky?
Yes. Sandollar is an authorized interstate motor carrier (USDOT 841355), so trips to Nashville, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and beyond can be quoted. Share the destination and dates.
How can I check a charter bus company’s safety record?
Look up the company’s USDOT number on the FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot, which shows its operating authority and any safety rating. Sandollar is USDOT 841355, rated Satisfactory after an April 2025 compliance review.
