Yes. Provide an estimate and say that attendance is still being confirmed. Sandollar will need the final details before arrangements are completed.
Do you run overnight and multi-day trips?
Yes. Add the return date and say whether the group stays overnight, so luggage and the driver’s schedule can be planned.
Do you need passenger names?
No. A passenger count is enough to start a request.
