Should I include staff in the passenger count?
Yes. Include everyone who needs a seat so the request reflects the whole traveling group.
Can I request a particular vehicle feature?
Yes. Add it to the inquiry and Sandollar will review the need alongside the itinerary and available equipment.
Do you need athlete names?
No. A passenger count is enough to start. Please do not send rosters through the website.
Can you share carrier details with our athletic department?
Yes. Sandollar is USDOT 841355 and MC-574650, with a Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating. Ask the office for any other paperwork your school or league requires.
