Who we are

This website is operated by Sandollar Limousine in Louisville, Kentucky. Questions about this notice can be directed to the office at (502) 366-2628.

What we collect

When you send a trip request, we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, email address and phone number, and optionally your organization, preferred contact method and trip information such as dates, times, pickup and destination, stops, passenger count, vehicle preference, luggage and any notes.

Please do not include sensitive personal information such as medical details, identification documents, passenger rosters or payment information. The form does not ask for them.

How we use it

We use your request to respond to you, to review the transportation you asked about and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell your information, and a trip request does not sign you up for marketing.

How it is stored and sent

• Each request is saved in the website’s database so the office can retrieve it.
• A notification is emailed to the Sandollar office, and a copy is emailed to the address you provide. These emails are delivered through an email delivery service.
• The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help keep out automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose.

Job applications

When you apply for a job, we collect what you enter on the application (your contact details, the role, your availability and qualifications) and the resume you choose to upload. Applications are saved on the website, resumes can only be opened by Sandollar staff who are signed in, and a notification goes to the office with a copy to you. We use applications only to review them and to contact you about the role. Please do not upload identification documents. You can ask the office to delete your application.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies it needs to work and for spam protection. It also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from, and whether someone taps to call or sends a request. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your browser and device. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number or anything else you type into the forms; it only learns which kind of trip or job was chosen when a request is sent. Sandollar uses these reports only to improve the website. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask the office to update or delete a request you sent.

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
